The quality of the product seems to be good but the problem is there is a major crack and when highlighted to the owner but cannot it customer today, as per the guidelines it is clear that if the location is within 13kms then the product will be delivered within 24 hours but when I reached out the contact they told they will send by tonight which is on 3rd day night I waited till next day morning but the issue is they sent me a cracked peeta which was highlighted but to the vain they said they don’t have employee’s but sent image to check and take it later, which was ordered 4 days back assuming they ll delivered on 2nd day which is intended for gift. Having Pooja items but just pretending as if they dint get the order and answering late is not profrssionalism because of your guys I had give this as gift with the cracked one to my relative I am also posting this on Google reviews as this is hurting me a lot for giving a cracked product.
